How billing works. Every plan bills monthly or annually and includes a set number of seats, with extra seats added per seat when you invite teammates. Usage is metered in three request categories — Task Guard requests (task alignment operations), Govern requests (approval checks your agents route for human sign-off), and Secure requests(runtime checks that scan prompts and tool calls) — counted per month against your plan's included allowance, with warnings at 80% and 100% so overages are never a surprise. Choose annual billing to get two months free. Change plans or add seats at any time — upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with access to core features. No card is required, and the trial ends unless you choose a paid plan. You can upgrade at any time.
What counts as a metered request?
A Task Guard request starts, reads, or updates protected task work, checks alignment, or records effects. A Govern request evaluates an approval checkpoint. A Secure request scans a prompt or tool call for runtime threats. Each plan includes a separate allowance for all three request types.
What happens if I go over my included usage?
You'll get warnings at 80% and 100% of each request allowance, so nothing stops without notice. Go and above can enable pay-as-you-go overage to keep Task Guard, Govern, and Secure requests running past the included amount, or you can upgrade to a plan with a higher allowance.
How do annual billing and "2 months free" work?
Annual plans are billed once for the year at a discount equal to two months — Go is $200/year instead of $240, Starter is $390/year instead of $468, and Team is $1,290/year instead of $1,548. You get the same features either way; annual just costs less. You can switch between monthly and annual at renewal.
How do seats work, and how do I add teammates?
Each paid plan includes a set number of seats — 1 on Go, 3 on Starter, 8 on Team, and 30 on Business. Go is designed for one person and does not include teammate invitations. On Starter and above, inviting someone beyond your included seats adds a seat billed per member. Interaction Guard protection is available to those workspace seats and is not billed as a separate protected-user add-on.
